Scene 3 act 1
scene 3
Reporter: sir, how do you feel towards the brawl between Tybalt Romeo and Mercutio?
Random montague: This is crazy! I don't understand why Romeo is at all in blame for Tybalt's death
Reporter: How is that sir?
Random montague: I was there the whole fight! Romeo was a pacifist and refused to fight or even disturb peace when Tybalt provoked him..
Reporter: But Romeo still killed him right?
Random montague: only becuase he killed brave Mercutio
Reporter: as a form of vengence
Random montague: not only as a honorable form of vengence, but doing what the law would've done anyways! This is an outrage! period.

Jesting at scars and... southpark?
Scene 2, Act 1:
After the feast, Romeo hides from his friends because he intended to find Juliet instead of going home. Mercutio amused by Romeo's actions begins to mock and roast his feeling towards rosaline. In the capulet's garden, Romeo hears Mercutio's teasing and whispers, "He jests at scars that never felt a wound". Which is implementing that Romeo feels as if Mercutio is making fun of him at pains that Mercutio has never felt before. This reflects back to many other real life examples as well. For example, when Kyle's dad( from Southpark; an animated sitcom), becomes an internet troll and starts mocking random people for their struggles, he's emulating Mercutio's action. Kyle's dad often targeted people with unique disabilities and struggles. He "jested at scars" that he's never felt before, in order to gain attention and internet popularity, much like Mercutio; without the internet.

Act 1, Scene 4 Mercutio's Spew
Scene 1.4 - "Romeo: Peace, peace, Mercutio, peace! Thou talk’st of nothing. Mercutio: True, I talk of dreams, Which are the children of an idle brain, Begot of nothing but vain fantasy, Which is as thin of substance as the air." These few lines are depicted as a spew of endless nonsense by the clever author Shakespeare, but behind his constant attention grab, Mercutio talks of a way deeper illustrations of the land known as Verona. Mercutio talks of dreams, saying that they are children of an idle brain, nothing but delusions. Nothing but a self-obsessed fantasy, which shifts like the wind, and is never certain or solid. However, dreams are a central plot of the Romeo and Juliet's tragedy, Romeo's entire thought behind his true love counts as a dream. We see it again with Friar Lawrence and his dream of peace in the land of Verona and Tybalt's dream of honor and social standings. By the end we see them all causing doom towards themselves and others; blinded by their "vain fantasy". Mercutio has been known to talk on and on about conspiracies and nonsense, however, he really is just portraying his alternate depiction of the story Romeo and Juliet.

A Box of Letters
A Box of Letters
I find myself In a place where I traverse a box, a box with one line to tread
In a place where that line is a path so squared and boxed, creativity strays outside
In a place where there are only five destinations,
Five reflections
A B C D and F
I find myself in a place where the destination outweighs the journey
Where numbers and letters eclipse the learning
F is for Failure,
is that everything I am?
D is for dumb,
is that who I am?
C is for careless,
is that all I am?
B is for better,
is that what builds me?
A is for amazing,
is that what makes me?
I am on that path, the path that tries to measure and define me
The path where I write my essays for a number,
The path where I lose sight of exploring for myself
A path in which a letter battles my esteem
A path that makes me forget who I really am
Because in this box the real me is
Invisible,
Inaudible,
But I know if they just emptied the box
I could be Incredible
I feel trapped inside this box of letters
A box made with skewed reflections to look at
