I am upset that the Montagues and Capulets cannot settle their differences and learn how to respect one another. Their fighting shows the levels of immaturity they have and their disobedience to me is extremely disrespectful. If only these two rivalry families could live in unison; it would make my life as Prince easier. However, this will not happen. The only way to settle this is to threaten them with the consequence of an execution of them all if this kind of brawl occurs again.
I liked the perspective of this, and how you talked about the Prince's opinion between the two families and the consequences.
ReplyDeleteDo you think the prince is set on the idea of threats to stop the fighting, or if he is open to others. It seems like he has a fixed mindset in this paragraph

ReplyDeleteI agree with you as well. Not only does it make the Prince's job harder, but the feud causes more uproar in the community than needed. I wished they brought in more perspective from the Prince in the movie.
