Who am I?

Who am I?

I am Nicole
I am a girl
A girl who loves the people
around me
I deal with a split up family
And want a pet dog
I am a girl
who wishes for life to be
like a painter’s canvas
smooth and colorful

A girl who is curious about the world
And hears music everywhere she goes
I am fourteen years old
I see LA as my second home
I visit quite often
I’m that missing piece
To my family puzzle

I’m also that friend
who will be there
Through the thick and thin
Through the ups and downs
The friend who is not afraid of
A little competition
Throw me the ball; I can handle it
I can take any challenge given
But I can also be
that crazy friend who gets
Overly excited about the little things
Like a sizzling pizza
Or an icy cup of coffee
Or a heart-racing tennis match
I am confident with who I am
I am a strong independent girl
I am proud of who I am
I am Nicole
